BONE BUILDING RATES
At ScoliosisPTJax we offer a free discovery visit for us to learn more about you and to develop a program unique to you. We work one-on-one with each of our clients without the “restrictions placed on therapists by insurance companies”.
Physical Therapy at ScoliosisPTJax is considered out of network for all insurance companies. While insurance is not processed directly, we can provide all the necessary documentation upon request for you to submittal to insurance. Unfortunately we do not accept Medicare and cannot provide paperwork to submit to Medicare. Additionally, all of our services can be paid using your Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account.

Do I need a prescription from my Dr. to be evaluated?
NO! In the state of Fl, patients can be seen for 4 visits by a physical therapist without a physician’s prescription. If we determine that more than 4 visits are necessary, then you will need a prescription from a physician. The prescription can say “ Physical Therapy, evaluate and treat”
